Recognized by Los Angeles Magazine as a “Southern California Super Lawyer Rising Star” for four consecutive years, Gretchen Stockdale is the chief operating officer and general counsel of Pilgrim Media Group, LLC, in Los Angeles. She oversees all of the company’s legal matters, particularly those related to the production and development of the company’s programs. Since joining Pilgrim in 2008, Gretchen Stockdale has helped it to double in size. A key contributor to the development of Pilgrim’s robust digital strategy, she frequently delivers presentations to peer attorneys in her areas of legal focus.

Prior to her endeavors with Pilgrim Media Group, Gretchen Stockdale served as an associate attorney with Hill, Farrer & Burrill LLP in Los Angeles, where she focused on trademark and copyright prosecution, as well as general business litigation. Before joining the law firm in 2002, she worked as a spokesmodel, commercial actress, and writer.

Ms. Stockdale is the recipient of a juris doctor from Loyola Law School and a bachelor of arts in speech communication and political science from the University of Missouri.
